Prime Swim Academy provides a family portal for training schedules, club announcements, membership information, events, and athlete meal ideas. This policy explains how the Prime Swim Academy app collects, uses, and protects information.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as a parent or coach name, email address, authentication details, and approved role.
- Swimmer information provided by a parent or club administrator, such as name, training level, schedule, and membership status.
- Family preferences, including language, food preferences, and allergy information entered in the app.
- Club content, such as coach announcements, events, schedules, and reviewed meal recommendations.
- Basic app activity and technical information used to understand feature usage, maintain security, and improve reliability.
- Push notification identifiers when notifications are enabled on a device.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, show the correct swimmer schedules and club content, manage access, deliver notifications, provide relevant meal ideas, support families, protect the service, and improve app performance. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Children's Information
The app is intended for use by parents, guardians, approved coaches, and club administrators. Parents or guardians provide and manage swimmer information. We do not knowingly ask children to create independent accounts.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers, including Firebase for authentication and data storage, hosting providers for app services, and email or notification providers for account and club communications. These providers process information only to support the service.
Retention and Security
We retain information while an account or club relationship remains active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls and industry-standard safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may update certain family and preference information in the app and disable notifications in device settings. You may initiate account deletion from Profile in the app. Prime Swim Academy reviews and processes requests within seven days because app access is tied to club registration and billing records.
